And the inaugural insurethebox Driver of the Year winner is……Rhoda Sell from Leicester.
Congratulations Rhoda.
It was a great day’s driving from her at the Rockingham race track in Northamptonshire and while she got to drive some brilliant, fast cars – the VG Supercar, Mini Cooper S Turbo and a fantastic little open-wheel single seater – the whole reason Rhoda was there in the first place was because she had demonstrated that she is a safe and conscientious driver.
The Driver of the Year event was held as a way to thank insurethebox’s top-rated policy holders who had consistently earned the highest Bonus Miles over a four month period earlier this year.
The drivers were invited to Rockingham’s renowned race track for a day of driver skill training and assessments which culminated in 20-year-old Rhoda being awarded top honours for her day’s efforts.
We’ve uploaded loads of photos to our Facebook page, so you can see Rhoda with her trophy and get a taste of the action. It was a really great day and I, for one, can’t wait to do it again.
So, I’d better keep driving safely to earn those Bonus Miles and then I might be invited back next year.
