We are looking for Customer Service Team Members to join our Customer Service division, based in Newcastle. You will responsible for answering customer queries whilst contributing to the delivery of an effective, efficient seamless frontline service.
Your role responsibilities
- Answering all inbound calls and assisting with any queries.
- Ensuring exceptional service is provided to all customers, in line with the service department’s expectations.
- Achieve own performance expectation’s in line with the service departments KPI’s.
- Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner, to present yourself as an ambassador for the company at all times.
