Job Title: Customer Service Team Member

Full time working will be on a shift rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with regular weekends between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Part time working hours are either between 8am and 1pm or 4pm and 8pm. You will also be required to work regular weekends between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Our Customer Service Team Members provide an efficient and effective frontline service to all our customers and potential customers.
Experience of customer interaction is essential. We welcome applications from anyone with experience in retail, banking, hospitality, catering or any other telephony based role. We don’t mind where you have gained your experience as our Customer Service Team Members come from a wide range of working backgrounds. What we all share however, is the passion and pride in all that we do for our customers. Insurance experience is not essential for this role as you will be provided with excellent training and support to give you the knowledge and skills you need.

You will be able to communicate at all levels and work well within a team environment, using your own initiative.
You will achieve departmental and individual objectives relating to productivity, service performance, premium income and sales generation, product knowledge and attendance.
You will achieve departmental and individual objectives relating to quality and customer satisfaction.
You will effectively and efficiently deal with any administrational queries pertaining to insurance and fulfilment.
You can maintain accurate information on each account, current commercial campaigns, FSA and DPA requirements
You can handle administration calls and written correspondence promptly with all related queries processed within agreed service level agreements (SLA)
