Job Title  Digital Acquisition Marketing Executive
Reports to UK Marketing Manager


Job Purpose
As part of the UK Marketing team to be the SME on all analytics, PPC, SEO, user-generated content and digital acquisition channels. To be the daily contact point for all acquisition partners.


Principal Accountabilities
  • Support the Marketing function in achieving the aims and objectives set in the wider marketing strategy
  • Provide input in the writing of customer communications to maximise SEO performance
  • Monitor SEO and marketing KPI’s and reports on a regular basis
  • Monitor SEO and PPC performance using various tools and systems and investigate any issues
  • Target the improvement of SEO and PPC performance, as well as monitoring these changes to prove ROI
  • Use data and keyword analysis to contribute ideas for content that contributes towards SEO objectives
  • Support be the daily point for contact for all acquisition partners
  • Manage small changes between the acquisition partners and the company
  • Have XML experience
  • Monitor customer behaviour through the web journey using various tools
  • Upload web content across the group’s websites and blogs, using various content management systems
  • Support the content change process for quote forms and customer portals, including monitoring changes
  • Day to day management of customer review platforms
  • Analysis and reporting on user-generated content across all digital and offline platforms
  • End to end customer journey collation and validation of data
  • Developing and implementing plans for optimising user-generated content
  • Developing and implementing digital campaigns in-house such as paid search
  • Working with the wider marketing team to release multichannel campaigns as per the communications plan


Knowledge and Experience

  • Preferably to degree level, in relevant business area. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience will also be considered

Knowledge and Skills


  • Must be very analytical
  • Must have experience in XML
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO and PPC
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team and collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of content management systems
  • Confidence in analysing and reporting on data
  • Professional demeanour and ability to engage at a senior level
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • XML experience
  • Google Analytics advanced knowledge
  • Tag Manager experience
  • Excel knowledge and experience


  • Experience in B2B and B2C communications
  • Worked in a regulated industry
