  1. This promotion is managed and run by insurethebox, a trading name of Aioi Nissay Dowa UK, registered in England and Wales, 11105895 at 52-56 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2BJ.
  2. This promotion is only open to insurethebox customers who are citizens of the United Kingdom, aged over 18 years old.
  3. insurethebox is offering those who take part in their focus group a digital Amazon voucher code worth £25.
  4. There is a maximum of one entry allocated per person.
  5. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to take part in the focus group. Participants will be contacted via email by insurethebox, and provided a link to join the virtual session.
  6. The focus group will commence on Tuesday 17th August 2021, from 13:00 – 14:00.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any extenuating circumstance(s).
  8. For a chance to take part in the focus group, recipients will have to click on the link provided within the email, and provide their consent to take part in the focus group.
    1. Without express consent from the recipient, insurethebox will not allow entrants to be involved the focus group.
  9. The participants selected to take part in this survey will be randomly selected by insurethebox, following a randomised sample.
  10. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants will be expected to take part in additional 2 user testing sessions, following this focus group.
    1. Session one will be open for participants from 20th September to 22nd
    2. Session two will be open for participants from 27th September to 29thTo be eligible for the £25 Amazon voucher reward, participants must attend the focus group to be considered for this reward. Incomplete entries, or not attending the focus group will mean participants will not be eligible for the reward.
  11. A complete entry requires attending the focus group, and will not be reliant on quality of answers from participants.
  12. There is 1 Amazon voucher code (value of £25 each) that will be given to each entrants. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
  13. Participants will receive the specified reward (£25 Amazon voucher) within 30 days of the competition closing, subject to fulfilling the below criteria.
  14. insurethebox will share the Amazon voucher codes in a direct message to the email account used to complete the entry.
  15. Except for the purpose of creating games, insurethebox will not use entrants’ personal data or feedback without the express consent of the entrant.
  16. By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, and understand:
    1. insurethebox reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
    2. insurethebox is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant connected with this competition.
