We will not deduct any miles from your quota during the period that the black box is broken. If there is a problem with the black box we will contact you directly. The cost of the black box and the box fitting is included in your premium.
However, if your policy is cancelled and an black box has already been fitted to your car, or had been fitted to a car you previously insured with us, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of £80. Fees will be subject to Insurance Premium Tax where applicable.
