Terms & Conditions (Competition)

1. This promotion is managed and run by Insure The Bow Limited (Company Number: 2527724) whose registered office is at Montagu Pavillion, 8-10 Queensway, Gibraltar.
2. This competition is only open to all citizens of the United Kingdom, aged over 18 years old.
3. Insure The Box Ltd is offering those who enter this promotion a chance to win a £25 digital Amazon voucher code.
4. There is a maximum of one entry allocated per person.
5. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the competition.
6. The promotion is open to entries from XXX am on XXX 2020 until XXX pm on XXX 2020.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any extenuating circumstance(s).
8. All entries have to be completed for consideration in this promotion. Incomplete entries will not be entered into the prize draw.
9. There is 1 Amazon voucher code (value of £25) that can be won by entrants. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
10. There is a maximum of one prize per entry (person).
11. The winner(s) will be selected using a verified random name selector, providing they have adhered to the terms and conditions of the competition. Once a winner has been selected, their name will be removed from the prize draw.
12. Each winner will receive the specified prize within 30 days, subject to fulfilling below criteria.
13. Each winner will be notified within five working days of the end of the competition (XXX pm on XXX 2020).
    1. Insure The Box Ltd will contact winners via Facebook/Twitter direct messaging to the account used to complete the entry to the competition.
    2. Entrants will be asked to provide their full name and address (to verify they are an eligible UK resident).
14. A response is required to confirm the details entered by the entrant are correct and to confirm that they fulfil essential criteria.
    1. If, within seven working days, the winner fails to respond to this notification, or they fail to meet the minimum requirements set out in this contract, a redraw will take place using the remaining valid entries to select another winner.
15. The prize will be sent to the winner once confirmation has been sent by the entrant. Insure The Box Ltd will share the Amazon voucher code in a direct message to the Facebook/Twitter account used to complete the entry.
16. By entering this competition, entrants give their permission for Insure The Box Ltd to use and feature their first name and location across social media platforms for publicity purposes.
    1. The publicity associated with this will only be used to announce a winner has been declared.
    2. Location used in promotion pertains solely to town/village/city a winner has provided as their valid UK address.
17. If a winner chooses not to participate in publicity associated with the competition, they may be withdrawn from the competition, and another winner allocated. If a winner does not reasonably want to be included in publicity, they can withdraw their own application up to 7 days after they have been informed that they have won a prize.
18. Except for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, contacting winners and sending out prizes, Insure The Box Ltd will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant.
19. By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, and understand:
    1. Insure The Box Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
    2. Insure The Box Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant connected with this competition.
