  1. This promotion is managed and run by insurethebox, a trading name of Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance UK Limited, registered in England and Wales, 11105895 at 52-56 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2BJ.
  2. This promotion is only open to insurethebox customers who have been selected to participate in this promotion.
    1. Participants have been selected by means of randomised sampling, based on responses received via Typeform survey.
  3. insurethebox is offering those who complete our survey a digital Amazon voucher code worth £25.
  4. There is a maximum of one entry allocated per person.
  5. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
  6. The promotion is open to entries from 10:00 AM on Tuesday 12th October 2021 to 12:00 PM on Wednesday 13th October (BST). Entries received after this time will still be counted, but will not be eligible to receive the £25 Amazon voucher.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any extenuating circumstance(s).
  8. All entries have to be completed for consideration in this promotion. Incomplete entries will not be entered into the prize draw.
  9. A complete entry requires participants to complete the survey, and submit their response to insurethebox via Typeform, upon finishing the specified game. Responses sent to insurethebox by email will not account as complete entries.
  10. There is 1 Amazon voucher code (value of £25) that can be earned by each entrant. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
    1. Upon completion of this promotion, participants will be eligible to receive another Amazon voucher (value of £25), if they choose to take part in subsequent activities, related to this promotions, specified within email, which will be issued to participants from 10:00 AM (BST) on Tuesday 19th October 2021.
  11. There is a maximum of one prize per entry (person).
  12. Each participant will receive the specified prize within 3 working days of the promotion closing on Wednesday 13th October 2021, subject to fulfilling the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
  13. insurethebox will share the Amazon voucher codes in a direct message to the email account used to complete the entry.
  14. Except for the purpose of contacting winners and sending out prizes, insurethebox will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant.
