  1. This promotion is managed and run by insurethebox, a trading name of Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance UK Limited, registered in England and Wales, 11105895 at 52-56 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2BJ.
  2. This promotion is only open to insurethebox customers who have been selected to participate in this promotion.
    1. Participants will be selected based upon completion of survey questions (issued via Typeform), in relation to insurethebox’s What’s Next? game, sent to participants on 5th August 2021.
  3. There is a maximum of one entry allocated per person.
  4. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
  5. All entries (registration of interest, submitted via a survey) must be complete to be considered for this promotion. Incomplete entries will not be considered in line with this promotion.
    1. complete entry requires participants to register their interest to insurethebox via Typeform survey and submit their response. Registration of interest sent directly to insurethebox via email will not count as complete entries.
  6. Registration of interest must be completed by 10:00 AM (BST) on Monday 11th October 2021, to be considered for this promotion.
    1. By registering interest, participants will not be automatically eligible to take part in this promotion.
    2. All rewards, specified in the email, will only be made available to participants, if selected to participate in this promotion.
      1. Selection of participants will be conducted via means of unbiased random sampling by insurethebox.
      2. Participants will receive confirmation of entry into this promotion via the email account associated with their entry.
      3. insurethebox will issue confirmation of selection within 3 working days of initial registration date (2:00 PM on Friday 8th October 2021 (BST)).
      4. Registration of interest will not permit participants to receive any rewards unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. 
  7. If selected, participants will be expected to take part in initial user testing between 10:00 AM on Monday 11th October 2021 until 10:00 AM on Wednesday 13th October 2021 (BST).
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any extenuating circumstance(s).
  9. Except for the purpose of contacting participants, insurethebox will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant.
  10. By entering the promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, and understand:
    1. insurethebox reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
