Reassurance if your car gets stolen

Our Theft recovery service offers you help when you really need it. The box uses GPS to track and receive data in relation to the vehicle's movement. With GPS we are able to see the position of the car as long as the signal is visible to a satellite.

If you tell us your car has been stolen, we will liaise with the Police and try to direct them to where your car is located.

Our Accident Alert service

The box in your car can sense a strong impact and send us an alert. We can then call you to check you’re okay.

If we think it is appropriate, we will attempt to contact the emergency services and request that they attend. In 2015 we contacted the emergency services 19 times a month on average, following alerts that show serious accidents.

(Please note: we are not able to guarantee that the emergency services will attend in these circumstances, and you must still notify us of any incident.)
